Custom Process
We carefully source companies experienced in printing processes and sewing skills in the Hangzhou. These companies are long established in their area of expertise helping us deliver Hangzhou manufactured products.  Our suppliers include printers in Macclesfield, a town which has a historical connection to the silk industry, a reputation upheld till today.

We have chosen to print our art onto pure silk material for its natural fibre qualities and durability. The fluidity and sheen on the fabric allows for the colours on the images to radiate intense vibrancy making the product look elegant and luxurious.

Once the printing process is complete, the material arrives at our workshop for careful examination for accuracy of the colour match and our specified tolerance standards before it is sent to be finished with a hand rolled hem. The time devoted to ensuring the accuracy of every design process guarantees the best quality for our products.

Our fabric width is relatively comprehensive, covering 93,114 and 140 cm. We provide customers with size customization services for more sizes. In addition, we can also provide customers with width customization services, and the customization options are more diverse.

Custom fabric selection 

Natural mulberry silk is the most common type of silk. It comes from silkworms that eat mulberry leaves. Some silkworms are boiled alive in their cocoons to harvest silk threads for use in fabrics. Mulberry silk is light in texture and has good breathability and good warmth retention properties.

All our fabric ingredients are 100% mulberry silk, which is the healthiest and environmentally friendly natural fabric. It is like our second layer of skin, protecting your skin from ultraviolet rays and static electricity.



 
Silk satin fits people's classic image of silk - smooth, soft, and drapes beautifully.Its front side is soft and smooth, while the back side is matte and less shiny.

Silk Twill has both sides with diagonal patterns,and both have a matte silk surface.This fabric is also commonly used by European luxury brands.If you are interested in other fabric,feel free to contact.

Please note that fabric thickness also has an impact on the final printing effect.
For the thiner fabric(like 12,14mm), with one side printing, the backside color saturation will be similar as front side ,but for thicker fabric(like 14,16mm), backside color will have less color saturation with lighter colors. So for thicker fabric,we recommended double side printing to get better results.


Our Production Tech
 

Our custom-made silk fabric mainly includes custom print silk print and customized color dyeing. Silk fabric is ZEO-free, without harming the body's skin. And the color fastness can meet EU standards. SGS tests are available if you need them.

Single-sided digital printing: Printing is done on one side of the silk. The pigment penetrates from the front side to get to the reverse side. The front and back sides will be distinguished by a certain color. The thicker the fabric, the lighter the color of the reverse side.
In addition, the requirements for patterns are not high, and various patterns can be printed, such as oil painting styles, paste patterns with more color details, etc. It is a printing method that has been used for a long time and is widely used.

Double-sided digital printing: This is a new printing method that has been developed in recent years. It is an improvement and upgrade on the traditional digital printing method. The upgrade is that it will print on both sides of the fabric, and can have the same pattern on both sides. It can also be printed on both sides, which can completely solve the problem of inconsistent colors on the front and back of traditional printing methods. The minimum order quantity for the same style is low and the delivery is fast.

Hemming


We have different hemming methods.The details and effects are also shown in the  image.We most commonly use machine-hemmed and hand-rolled hem.
For thicker silk scarves, we recommend hand-rolled hem - it gives a more elegant and premium finish.For thinner silk scarves,in contrast,we recommend machine-hemmed better.

Baby machine hem: 1 cm on each side.
Hand rolling edge: 1.7cm on each side.
So when designing take the rolled edge into account for better results.

We provide standard labels and PP bags free of charge. If you require customised labels and packaging, we offer a range of options, including envelope packaging, fabric pouches and gift boxes.
