A) HIGH TECH DIGITAL PRINTING

what is it ?	The most normal way for the digital printing,the silk surface needs to be coated to accept the ink and absorb the colour, the design only been printed on the front side but the ink will permeate into the back of the fabric,therefore the backside colors will be slightly different with front side colors	Advanced new double-sided printing technology is a major breakthrough, specifically addressing the color penetration issue in thicker scarves. Silk fabric need to be coated both sides and our printer can printed your designs on both fabric sides ,this innovation ensures that both sides have the same vibrant and striking colors and patterns.

What are the benefits of digital printing?

Colourful designs	There are no restrictions on the amount of colours that can be used in one design, so you can print as many as you like.

B) Traditional Hand Screen Printing 

Before digital printing, we had the more traditional method of screen printing, which still to this day remains to be a firm favourite of manufacturers and designers.
As opposed to designs being processed by a computer, screen printing requires a stencil (screen) to be created in order to transfer the design on to the fabric. Where digital printing can apply several different colours at once, screen printing is done by using a different stencil for each colour, applied one at a time to create the design. It's a much more time-consuming and meticulous way of printing, but one that creates stunning results.
Screen printing typically produces more vibrant colours as the ink used is applied in a thicker layer than with digital printing, which makes it the perfect solution for manufacturers looking to print bold and bright designs on to darker fabrics.
As you can see the screen tabel in the photo , one tabel is over 40meters ,therefore the MOQ of hand screen printing would be much higher than digital printing .

• According to your target price , low price and fast sales ,polyester is the best choice ,we can offer low MOQ and fast delivery time for you ,

  nature but cheaper price , we suggest 100% cotton , 100% modal and modal blend fabric ,light and thin silk (sill habotai ,silk chiffon , silk georgette , silk paj )and silk blend fabric .

  Luxury and high quality:

  1.100% silk (incl silk satin ,silk twill , silk crepe de chine etc) ,more luxurious , thicker silk satin or silk twill with double sided printing is very popular these years.

• When our sales get order from you , we will raise a performance invoice for your order which incl the products specs ,price , delivery time , payment methods ,packing and label ,shipping ,after sales for you , when you confirmed the order , our sales ask for downpayment prior to commencing the printing, our designer offer design guidance on printing and sampling suggestion , when designs confirmed , we will make samples for you checking our quality of fabric ,printing ,color matching and hemming , when samples are okay , then we will go ahead the bulk production for you. before shipping , we will update the final quantity and shipping cost for you ,when you paid the balance payment , we will ship out asap.

Question 3:Can you make sample for me ?

• We strongly advise that you do sample prints of your new artwork , This step is ideal to test colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you have approved the outcome, larger orders can be placed with confidence.

  If you have tried a different printing company before coming to Zhigeng Silk, please be aware that our printing will look different. Do not rely on tests printed elsewhere.
