A) HIGH TECH DIGITAL PRINTING

what is it?	The most normal way for digital printing, the silk surface needs to be coated to accept the ink and absorb the color, the design has only been printed on the front side but the ink will permeate into the back of the fabric, therefore the backside colors will be slightly different with front side colors	Advanced new double-sided printing technology is a breakthrough, specifically addressing the color penetration issue in thicker scarves. Silk fabric needs to be coated on both sides and our printer can print your designs on both fabric sides, this innovation ensures that both sides have the same vibrant and striking colors and patterns.

What are the benefits of digital printing?

Colourful designs	There are no restrictions on the amount of colors that can be used in one design, so you can print as many as you like.
Fine details	Digital printing is more favorable for designs that require a high level of detail, as it can produce a photographic print resulting in more detail than traditional screen printing.

B) Traditional Hand Screen Printing 

Before digital printing, we had the more traditional method of screen printing, which still to this day remains a firm favorite of manufacturers and designers.
As opposed to designs being processed by a computer, screen printing requires a stencil (screen) to be created to transfer the design onto the fabric. Where digital printing can apply several different colors at once, screen printing is done by using a different stencil for each color, applied one at a time to create the design. It's a much more time-consuming and meticulous way of printing, but one that creates stunning results.
Screen printing typically produces more vibrant colors as the ink used is applied in a thicker layer than with digital printing, which makes it the perfect solution for manufacturers looking to print bold and bright designs on darker fabrics.
As you can see in the screen tabel in the photo, one table is over 40 meters, therefore the MOQ of hand screen printing would be much higher than digital printing.

  nature but cheaper price, we suggest 100% cotton, 100% modal and modal blend fabric, light and thin silk (sill habotai, silk chiffon, silk georgette, silk pad), and silk blend fabric.

  Luxury and high quality:

  1.100% silk (including silk satin, silk twill, silk crepe de chine, etc), more luxurious, thicker silk satin, or silk twill with double-sided printing is very popular these years.

Question 3:Can you make a sample for me?

• We strongly advise that you do sample prints of your new artwork, This step is ideal to test colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you have approved the outcome, larger orders can be placed with confidence.
