Production Techquie Overview:

Zhigeng Silk utilizes state-of-the-art double-sided digital printing machines that employ double-sided direct injection technology, enabling simultaneous pattern printing on both sides of the fabric. Currently, we utilize an 8-color machine with the widest color gamut available, capable of matching 99% of colors and producing high saturation colors for enhanced clarity and three-dimensionality in pattern details. To ensure precise printing results, a constant temperature and humidity environment is maintained throughout the year in our workshop, with a temperature set at 26 degrees to stabilize color reproduction. Additionally, Zhigen Silk uses environmentally certified printing reactive ink that does not cause pollution or harm to the environment. 
 

 

The emergence of digital inkjet printing technology has significantly enhanced the efficiency and flexibility of traditional textile printing and dyeing production. Currently, Zhigeng Silk has successfully implemented a custom printing mode for one-meter fabric. All workers undergo comprehensive training to master crucial aspects in the production process. To ensure high-quality production, two workers collaborate simultaneously on a single printing machine at Zhigeng Silk . We employ cutting-edge digital printers equipped with 8-color nozzles that spray patterns onto the front side of fabrics using highly concentrated reactive ink, resulting in over 90% permeability . The desired color fixation effect is achieved by drying the pigment post-printing .
