1. Do you have your design and pattern?
Yes:
If you have your designs but are unsure if they are workable for printing, please send them to us. Our professional designer will help check and adjust any unworkable sizes. Don't worry, we will protect the copyright of your designs! After receiving your request regarding scarf size, fabric, quantity, etc., we will provide a quotation for your reference.
Here are some tips for optimizing your digital files:
- Files to be no longer than 3m.
- Ensure that all your files are in the RGB color space with an embedded color profile. While the standard default is typically sRGB, consider using the Adobe RGB (1998) color mode if you aim to achieve vibrant and bold colors.
- A minimum resolution of 180 dpi (for the double side printing and some complex designs, the dpi should be 300).
- Pls make sure your design fits into the printable width of the fabric you have chosen, If it's too wide some of your artwork will be cut off.i.e. the typical fabric width is 92cm, 112cm, and 138cm, which means you should make 92x92cm which incl the border width.
- All layers are flattened.
- Saved with no compression.
- Don't ZIP files.
- Pls make sure files are saved correctly, Create designs with JPEG- or TIFF-formatted.

2. The choice of fabric
You can choose the fabric and thickness you desire. Our most popular scarf fabrics include 12 mm silk satin and twill, 14 mm twill, and 16 mm satin. Additionally, we offer other fabric options such as silk GGT, silk chiffon, silk habotai, and silk CDC for you to choose from. Please inform us of your preferred fabric choice.

5. The MOQ for customized scarves
The MOQ for different sizes of scarves is different. For large-size scarves such as 90x90cm, 110x110cm, 135x135cm, the general MOQ is 20 pieces per design, and the MOQ for small-size scarves is generally 50 pieces per design, such as 55x55cm, 65x65cm. Contact us to calculate the sample cost based on your design, after confirming all details. We will arrange the sample production. Photos will be sent once the sample is finished before shipping. The sample lead time is about 7-10 days. After you confirm the photos. We will use DHL door-to-door delivery for sample orders. The transport time is about 3-5 days.
