About the printing.

With the double side printing , there are no any color difference between front colors and back side colors,

it is very suitable for the printing on the thicker silk fabric , like 14mm silk twill , 16mm silk satin , 18mm silk twill etc.

you also can choose different colors ways for the front and back side colors , if you need any suggestion for the color ways ,

pls feel free to contact us !

With the screen printing , the colors difference between front colors and back side colour is slightly ,

just the MOQ is 100pcs each pattern each color , and the pattern cost is 35USD/color .

With the single side printing , it is the normal way for the printing on the thinner silk fabric , like 6mm silk chiffon , 12mm silk satin /twill , it has some color difference ,but the unit price will be lower than double side printing .

For Screen printing ,it has a long history in silk scarf making ,people like its color gradation, and also it will have a good color permeation in the backside .as usual the sample sample is around 15-20 days ,and the production time aorund 30-45 days ,as our factory need to draw you design and make the screen model ,so you will be charged for the screen model cost  --25USD/per color , we think it will be cost-effectivec that if your order is over 200 pieces per design per color ,as the screen printing cost is cheaper than digital printing . you can get a better price by screen printing .

Allowance for the hemming :

1.Baby machine hemming : 1cm each side , make sure the solid color border width has 2cm at least .
2.Hand rolling stitched : 1.5cm each side .
3.Hand fringe : 1.5cm each side .

Hemming :
Our typical hemming for silk scarf is hand rolling and machine hemming,

the finest hand rolling will make the scarf more luxurious

each 2cm must have 5 stitches at least , for the 110x110cm silk scarf ,

it should have over 1100 stitches for the whole scarf'shand rolling ,

baby machine hemming is also widely used for the oblong scarf .

for the wool scarf and some other blend scarves , we will make the hemming with hand fringe .
