Custom Scarf Fabrics:
Natural mulberry silk is different with other silk. It comes from silkworms that eat mulberry leaves.the process starts with the silk worm, which produces cocoons made of silk fibers. These cocoons are then unraveled, and the silk fibers are sorted by length. The longest fibers are used to create the finest silk chiffon, while the shorter fibers are used for other fabrics. The silk fibers are then spun into threads, which are woven together using a special technique that creates different types of Mulberry silk types,like silk satin,silk twill , silk chiffon , silk GGT , silk CDC etc.
All of our fabrics are made of 100% mulberry silk, which is different from polyester fabrics as it is completely natural and does not put any pressure on the natural environment. It is the healthiest and most eco-friendly natural fabric. Mulberry silk is an animal fiber similar to our second skin, which can protect your skin from harmful UV rays and static electricity.

Print
We have two printing ways:digital printing and screen printing
Print on front side digital printing Print on both sides digital printing
With the single-side digital printing :The printing is printed on one side of silk, the reverse side is obtained after the pigment penetration from the front side, the front and the reverse side will be distinguished by a certain color, the thicker the fabric, the lighter the color of the reverse side.
In addition, the requirements for the pattern are not high, all kinds of designs can be printed, such as oil painting style, color details more paste designs, etc., is the use of a relatively long time, a widely used printing method
With the double-side digital printing:This is a new printing method developed in recent years, in the traditional digital printing method to improve the upgrade, the upgrade is that it will be printed on both sides of the fabric, can be double-sided with the same design, can also be double-sided with the same design, can completely solve the traditional printing method, front and back color inconsistencies, and the same low order quantity, fast delivery.
