Sewing a Rolled Hem by Hand

1. Fold the hem around the curved areas.
2. Press the folded hem as necessary.
3. Make a few stitches in place.
4. Make a stitch in the folded fabric.
5. Take another stitch just below the folded hem.
6. Work about an inch of stitching.

Our workmanship sandard:
3 needles at least for every 2 centimeters ,500 needles at least for 88x88cm scarf 

Zhigeng Silk has 10 sets high-speed single-sided digital printing machines, with a daily printing output of over 5,000 meters. To ensure the quality of the printing, each machine is equipped with at least 2 professional workers.
Our machines have 16 colors nozzles, allowing for 8-color printing with rich and accurate colors. The eco-friendly, reactive inks used in our printing can penetrate 89% of the color into the back side of the fabric while printing on the front side.

Zhigeng Silk utilizes state-of-the-art double-sided digital printing machines that employ double-sided direct injection technology, enabling printing designs on both sides of the fabric. Currently, we utilize an 8-color machine with the widest color gamut available, capable of matching 99% of original design colors .
To ensure precise printing results, a constant temperature and humidity environment is maintained throughout the year in our workshop, with a temperature set at 26 degrees to stabilize color reproduction. Zhigeng Silk uses environmentally certified printing reactive ink that does not cause pollution or harm to the environment.

WHat is it	The traditional method of digital printing involves applying the pattern onto the front surface of the fabric, while the color on the back is primarily achieved through pigment penetration.	Advanced double-sided digital printing can realize the way of printing the front and back of the fabric at the same time, which can achieve the same color and strong contrast color
Advantage	The production mode is more mature, the delivery time is fast, and the price is economical	The color is consistent and it has a more luxurious feel, making it suitable for thicker silk fabric.
Disadvantage	There are color differences bewteen front and backside	Only suggest for above 16mm silk fabric ,higher cost
