Pls make sure files are saved correctly, Create designs with JPEG- or TIFF-formatted, RGB (Adobe 1998), the dpi should be above 180,for the double side printing and some complex designs, the dpi should be 300, It all helps to ensure that the artwork is printed correctly. We aim for crisp images and smart colour reproduction. Not saving a file correctly may result in shifts in the layers, poor colour reproduction, 'soft' or blurred artwork etc, all causing generally unsatisfactory results.
