Mulberry silk is a natural protein fiber, renowned for its remarkable biocompatibility as its structure is the closest in nature to that of human skin. It is hypoallergenic, anti-static, and exceptionally gentle on the skin.

This versatile fiber can be woven in various ways to create different types of fabrics. Below are the premium mulberry silk fabrics we offer, all suitable for printing:

Our fabrics are produced in full bolts, available in standard widths of 92cm, 112cm, and 138cm. Each bolt is approximately 45 meters long.

To maximize efficiency and reduce waste, we recommend designing your scarf dimensions based on our fabric widths. You can produce 1, 2, or more scarves per width, depending on your design. For optimal results, we suggest a maximum length of 2 meters per scarf.

Single-side Digital Printing   VS  Double-sided Digital Printing

 

How it works	We print the design directly onto one side (the front) of the fabric. The ink soaks into the fabric slightly, but the back side remains plain primarily or shows a faded outline of the design.	We use a special technique to print the design so that it penetrates the fabric completely. This makes the pattern look vivid, clear, and identical on both the front and back sides.
Advantages	Cost-Effective: It uses less ink, making it a more affordable option. Faster Production: The printing process is simpler and faster. Suitable for Many Uses: Ideal for thin, see-through fabrics like silk chiffon and GGT.	Looks Great on Both Sides: The design is perfect on the front and back. This is essential for scarves, shawls, and flags that flow freely and where both sides are often seen. High-Quality Feel: It creates a luxurious product with no "wrong" side, making it look more premium. Ideal for Thick Fabrics: Best for thick, thin, like silk satin, twill or wool, because the design won't look unfinished on the reverse side.
