Design checking and printing method suggestion 
We can transform any hand-drawn or digital design, photos into the most beautiful printed silk scarf.
Here we have some tips when you create your designs:
- Files to be no longer than 5M.
- Ensure your files are all RGB with a color profile embedded. The standard default seems to be sRGB, which is great but if you are trying to achieve bright/bold colors you could try the Adobe RGB (1998) color mode.
- A minimum resolution of 180dpi (maximum 300dpi).
- Make sure that the canvas itself is the correct size/scale that you want it to be printed at, i.e. 100cm, not 1000cm, and that it does not exceed the width of your chosen fabric.
- All layers are flattened.
- Saved with no compression.
- Don't ZIP files.
- Alternatively, you could send a JPEG file instead of a TIFF, to further reduce the file size.

High-level raw fabric quality control
ZHIGENG SILK works with many good raw silk fabric suppliers and only purchases high-quality raw silk fabrics that meet the export 6A standards, our staff always strictly implements quality inspection standards when they inspect raw silk fabric, There are no more than 3 flaws in every 45 meters of fabric, and the size of the flaws does not exceed 1 cm. The width and thickness must meet international standards, and the staff who are involved in the fabric inspection have more than 5 years of work experience.

Design checking 

With more than 10 years working experience in a silk company, our in-house designer not only has rich experience in design making, but also knows how to produce silk products very well, he can check if there is any defect in the design, and try to make your design match the production according to the final layout, such as order information for 89x89cm hand-rolled silk scarves, our designer will check whether the printed size is 92x92cm and whether the seam allowance is 1.5cm on each side, to ensure that all customized requirements are perfectly met.

Printing quality checking

There are more than 10 digital printing machines in our production workshop, with a daily output of tens of thousands of meters. We not only have abundant production capacity but also our salesmen and designers will double-check the order information before production. After all details are confirmed, the salesman places the order information to the corresponding workers for operation. In the Zhigeng silk production workshop, one machine is assigned to one worker. They are responsible for checking whether there are any errors in the printing process and any defective printing on the fabric.

Q1: How can I get the price?
A: The scarf price depends on silk fabric, size, hemming ways, and quantity. Plz tell us your specific requirements, and then we will give you a quotation.

How many days will be needed to have a sample?
A: Generally, digital printing, will need about 7-10 days for screen printing at least 15 days. If urgent, plz tell us.

Q3: Can you print my design, and how do I send design files?
A: Sure, we are a custom-made silk products supplier. We can make it as per your print design, pattern style, and detail dimension demands. 150 DPI above, Vector design, the pattern format can be TIFF, JPG, PDF, and PSD.

Q4: Can we make our own label or logo tag? 
A: Yes, you can send it to us or send us the artwork, and we can produce it for you.

How does your factory regard quality control?
