Choose the suitable silk fabric:

Design types for digital printing
The process all starts with the artwork supplied by the customer, which can either be digital artwork or if hand drawn, can be converted to digital format. This opens up endless options for the designer, offering the freedom to work with a broad colour palette, as designs can be printed with as many colours as required. Designs should typically be created to ensure that they can be repeated with a seamless finish, and without any borders or break lines.
Here we have some tips for the design creating :
Pls make sure files are saved correctly,Create designs with JPEG- or TIFF-formatted, RGB (Adobe 1998),the dpi should be above 180 ,
for the double side printing and some complex designs , the dpi should be 300 , It all helps to ensure that the artwork is printed correctly.
We aim for crisp images and smart colour reproduction. Not saving a file correctly may result in shifts in the layers, poor colour reproduction, 'soft' or blurred artwork etc, all causing generally unsatisfactory results.
By creating a multi-coloured, multi-patterned design you are truly going to get the best out of digital textile printing.

Pls make sure your design fit into the printable width of the fabric you have chosen, If it's too wide some of your artwork will be cut off.

Choose the hemming:
the hand rolled edge the most refined pocket squares are going to feature edges that are hand rolled into a tight and tubular edge and then also stitched by hand.
machine rolled will be more visible and more uniform than a hand sewn edge,a machine stitched edge is probably going to feature thread that is slightly looser and thus more prone to snagging, coming loose, and ruining the pocket square.
