Our Production Tech


Our custom-made silk fabric mainly includes custom print silk print and customized color dyeing. Silk fabric is ZEO-free, without harming the body's skin. And the color fastness can meet EU standards. SGS tests are available if you need them.

 

Single-sided digital printing:
Printing is done on one side of the silk. The pigment penetrates from the front side to get to the reverse side. The front and back sides will be distinguished by a certain color. The thicker the fabric, the lighter the color of the reverse side.
In addition, the requirements for patterns are not high, and various patterns can be printed, such as oil painting styles, paste patterns with more color details, etc. It is a printing method that has been used for a long time and is widely used.

Double-sided digital printing: This is a new printing method that has been developed in recent years. It is an improvement and upgrade on the traditional digital printing method. The upgrade is that it will print on both sides of the fabric, and can have the same pattern on both sides. It can also be printed on both sides, which can completely solve the problem of inconsistent colors on the front and back of traditional printing methods. The minimum order quantity for the same style is low and the delivery is fast.

Allowance for the hem:
Baby machine hem: 1 cm on each side.
Hand rolling edge: 1.7cm on each side.
