For Screen printing ,it has a long history in silk scarf making ,people like its color gradation, and also it will have a good color permeation in the backside .as usual the sample sample is around 15-20 days ,and the production time aorund 30-45 days ,as our factory need to draw you design and make the screen model ,so you will be charged for the screen model cost --25USD/per color , we think it will be cost-effectivec that if your order is over 100 meters per design per color ,as the screen printing cost is cheaper than digital printing . you can get a better price by screen printing .
Normally our MOQ for digital printing is 10 meters for each designs ,and customize design is workable for us ,you just need to send us your designs by JPG,PDF,PSD,AI files which DPI above 250 . By digital printing ,our sample time is 7-10 days ,and the bulk production time is 15-20 days .
