Step 1. Fabric choice and size suggestion
When you choose Zhigeng Silk, you can print your designs on various mulberry silk fabrics. Mulberry silk is a strong and healthy animal fiber. It is not only environmentally friendly, but it also provides protection from ultraviolet radiation and is good for your skin. Our Chinese producers turn the mulberry fiber into different types of fabric, such as silk charmeuse, silk twill, silk chiffon, silk crepe de chine, silk georgette, and silk pongee. Step 2.Design checking and printing suggestions
Pls make sure files are saved correctly, Create designs with JPEG- or TIFF-formatted, RGB (Adobe 1998), the dpi should be above 180, for the double side printing and some complex designs, the dpi should be 300, It all helps to ensure that the artwork is printed correctly. We aim for crisp images and smart color reproduction. Not saving a file correctly may result in shifts in the layers, poor color reproduction, 'soft' or blurred artwork, etc, all causing generally unsatisfactory results.
Pay attention to the design size when submitting your designs initially, pls make sure your design fits into the printable width of the fabric you have chosen, If it's too wide some of your artwork will be cut off. before printing, our printer will help check the width of the designs, if any un-workable sizes, we will try to fix them for you, also we will let you know if we make any adjust to your designs, And don't worry, we will contact you should we have any queries regarding your order.

the typical hemmed silk scarf is hand rolling and machine hemming, the machine hemming includes plain 0.3cm hemmed and ZIG 0.3cm, normally we make the square silk scarf like 88x88cm with hand rolled hemmed and stitch the long silk scarf with machine hemming.
Additionally, you can also add a tassel around the hem of the scarf or create a hand fringe along the border to make your silk scarf unique with us.
