**Optimize Your Scarf Production with Our Fabric**  

Our fabrics are produced in full bolts, available in standard widths of **92cm, 112cm, and 138cm**. Each bolt is approximately **45 meters long**.  

To maximize efficiency and reduce waste, we recommend designing your scarf dimensions based on our fabric widths. You can produce **1, 2, or more scarves** per width, depending on your design. For optimal results, we suggest a **maximum length of 2 meters per scarf**.  

Square scarf:
20x20'' (50x50cm), 27x27'' (70x70cm), 36x36'' (90x90cm), 44x44'' (110x110cm), 53x53'' (135x135cm)

Oblong scarf:

Digital printing

The requirements for the pattern are not strict, and various patterns can be printed, such as oil painting style, paste flowers with more color details, etc.

 

Double-sided Printing

Clients may opt to have double-sided printing for 14 and 16-momme silk fabric to have a better, more consistent colour effect on both sides.  A user can have two different patterns on one single scarf, which is a double scarf, but much more convenient to carry.

Screen Printing
it will cost more time and more expensive than single side digital printing.but the paint will maximize the layering of the pattern on the silk fabric,
Saturation, penetration will be better than digital printing
